HOW DOES THE POINTSERV SYSTEM WORK?
PrimeLending will require supporting documents to certify and securely deliver the electronic versions of borrower documents. On PointServ’s website, users can login to the accounts where the requested documents are stored. PointServ then acts as a secure bridge to transfer the requested documents to PrimeLending.

WHY DO YOU ASK FOR MY USERNAME AND PASSWORD FOR MY PERSONAL ACCOUNTS WITH FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS AND OTHER PROVIDERS?
We need your login credentials in order to establish a secured bridge between your financial institution or provider and PrimeLending. We do not store your login credentials and your documents are removed from our systems at the end of your loan processing.

WHO HAS ACCESS TO MY USERNAME(S) AND PASSWORD(S) AND TO MY DOCUMENTS?
Your username(s) and password(s) will not be shared with anyone. Your login credentials are passed directly to your financial institution/provider and are not stored on our servers.

I’VE ALREADY PROVIDED THE REQUESTED DOCUMENTS TO MY LENDER. WHY AM I ASKED TO DO THIS AGAIN?
Sometimes mortgage lenders are required by government agencies and government sponsored enterprises such as Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to verify the authenticity of the supporting documentation used to qualify mortgage loans. With PointServ’s innovative system it is now possible to complete this verification in a few steps all in a matter of seconds.

I DON’T HAVE ACCOUNTS WITH SOME OR ALL OF THE PROVIDERS AND/OR FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS LISTED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you don’t see your provider or financial institution please reach out to your Loan Officer to complete this portion of the request.
